William J. Carlson has represented families since 1977. His practice is limited to helping those who have suffered bodily or economic injury through the fault of others. His cases cover a broad spectrum of human experience. He represents injured workers, nursing home victims, injured children, auto accident victims, and those having claims against governmental entities such as the State of Washington and the United States of America.

 

He also assists citizens involved in disability insurance coverage disputes, as well as those forced to litigate against their own insurance carriers.

 

Mr. Carlson represents victims of maritime injury, and those who were hurt through professional negligence, whether legal or medical.

 

He represents clients within and outside Washington State.

Stephanie Hajicek is the firm's Case Manager. She brings a wealth of experience in the areas of Personal Injury law, insurance coverage issues, and client relations. As importantly, Stephanie brings a "never say die" attitude to our firm.
